Wireless Channel Measurementsand Modeling》是信息与通信工程专业一门全英文授课的选修研讨课程,给学生全面系统地讲解无线信道测量、参数估计、统计特性分析、建模及模型性能评估的基本理论与方法,并将讨论标准化信道模型的演进。实用的无线信道模型对无线通信系统的设计、性能评估与优化是必不可少的,此课程对学生学习无线移动通信等相关课程起到重要的支撑作用。另外,在培养学生严谨认真的科学态度,建议问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力等方面起重要作用。采用讲授为主讨论为辅的教学方式,使学生通过本课程的学习,了解无线信道测量与建模的最新研究动态,了解并初步掌握其工作原理与设计方法。

四、主讲教师简介:

王承祥,男,博士,免费送彩金白菜网移动通信国家重点实验室教授、博导、******、IEEE FellowIETFellowIEEE通信协会2019-2020杰出讲师(IEEEComSoc Distinguished Lecturer)、20172018年科睿唯安“全球高被引科学家”。

目前主要研究方向为无线信道测量与建模、B5G通信网络架构和关键技术、人工智能与无线通信网络的融合等,他已出版专著3部,发表期刊和国际会议论文350多篇(其中IEEE核心期刊论文120多篇,ESI高被引论文23篇),10篇国际会议论文获“最佳论文奖”。目前担任IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications的执行编委会成员,担任过 16个国际期刊的编辑或客座编辑,包括 6IEEE顶级期刊。王教授在17个国际会议上被邀请作大会主旨报告或特邀报告, 7个国际会议上做Tutorials,担任过 30多个国际会议的总主席、技术程序委员会主席或分会主席等。主持或共同主持了20 多项英国工程与自然科学研究理事会、欧盟、中国科技部、国家自然科学基金委以及工业界资助的项目。

 Wireless Channel Measurementsand Modelingis a majorelectivecoursefor Informationand Communication Engineeringtaughtin English. The coursegivesacomprehensive and systematic introductiononthe fundamental theoriesandmethodologiesofwirelesschannelmeasurements, parameterestimation, statisticalproperties, channelmodeling, andperformanceevaluationofchannelmodels. Furthermore, the evolution of standardizedchannelmodels will be discussed. Practicalwirelesschannelmodelsareindispensable for thedesign, performanceevaluation, and optimizationofmobilecommunicationsystems. Thecourseisastrongsupportforstudentswhentakingrelatedcourseslike Wireless Mobile Communications. In addition, itisimportantforstudentstodevelopthe rigorous attitude of scholarship and the abilitytopropose, analyze, and solveproblems, etc. The teaching method of this courseismainlybasedonlecturesandpartiallybasedondiscussions.   1. Brief Introduction of Chief lecturer:

 Dr. Cheng-Xiang Wang, male, is a Professor and PhDsupervisor of National Mobile Communications Research Laboratory, School of Information Science and Engineering, Southeast University. He is a National Distinguished Expert, a Fellow of the IEEE and IET, an IEEE Communications Society Distinguished Lecturer for 2019 and 2020, and a Highly Cited Researcher recognized by Clarivate Analytics in 2017 and 2018.

 His current research interests include wireless channel measurements/modeling, B5G wireless communication networks, and applying artificial intelligence to wireless communication networks.He has co-authored three books, more than 350 journal and conference papers, including over 120 papers published in various IEEE journals/magazines and 23 ESI Highly Cited Papers. He was a recipient of ten Best Paper Awards from various international conferences. He is currently an Executive Editorial Committee (EEC) Member for IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS. He has served as an Editor or Guest Editor for 16 international journals, including 6 IEEE TRANSACTIONS/Journals. He has also delivered 17 invited Keynote Speeches and Talks and 7 tutorials in international conferences. He has served as a technical program committee (TPC) member, the TPC chair, and the general chair for over 30 international conferences.He was the Principle Investigator (PI) or Co-PI of over 20 researchprojectsfundedby EPSRC, EU, MOST, NSFC, industries, etc.
